Hello Sweetheart, how nice to see you at Prim's Petticoat Wendyhouse. I hope you enjoy reading my newsletter, which I have compiled just with you in mind. Yes, that's right, it's for every sissy who visits us, but all our sissy sisters deserve the same close hugs and loving kisses, so that's what I want to lavish on you.
Unfortunately though, I have to begin with some bad news.
--- IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT MONTHLY PAYMENTS ---
When Prim opened his new website back in January 2016, he set the cost per month at 8.00 USD. I think most sissies would see that price as very reasonable. After all, unlike some sites where you would pay for each element separately, monthly payments for the Wendyhouse bring members absolutely everything in the site with no further costs. That will continue, because it's the concept we had of how we wanted sissies to enjoy everything.
However, Prim was not aware at the time of all of the costs of running a website, and that is why he is going to increase the monthly membership cost from 8.00 to 10.00 USD. As before, members pay nothing else, and can enjoy everything. This means that over two months, members can enjoy both the new issue of Prim's Petticoat Pansies, plus the new story, at present Walt Wisconsin, which in the nasty olden days would have cost more than the total 10 dollars now being asked - while they also enjoy access to all past issues.
There is some GOOD NEWS too about the price increase. Verotel, the site's commerce agency, tell Prim that recurring payment agreements can be cancelled but they cannot be changed. This means that any sissies who are already in, at 8 dollars/month, will stay at the same price. Always. Increased charges are for new and future members. This means, however, that sissies who cancel the recurring payment will lose the future (life-long) lower priced membership, and will re-join at 10 dollars/month.
The other bit of good news about cost of membership is that Prim will initiate the price change after 12 months exactly since the site began. That means that January 18, 2017, will see the start of the 10-dollar monthly subscription. All this information should appear again in my Newsletter No.9 in mid-January.

In my December Newsletter I can show you some of the beautiful photos sent to me by Baby Mattie, Sissy Debbie, Suzie and Birgit, who all look gorgeous and show you in their photos how much they love dressing in their dream costumes. Of course this is a busy time of year for us all, and as you will see in my Newsletter, you are all invited to share lovely season's greetings by Priscilla and Fanny. Can I add my warmest maternal wishes to you all, hoping you and yours enjoy a fabulous Christmas. Who knows, you may be one of the lucky ones who finds the chance to meet up with sissy sisters for a girly celebration together. Letter 1 - Season's greetings from Priscilla
Dear Aunt Frocks,
After some rather fiddly cutting and pasting, I am sending this little greeting to yourself and Prim, and all the sissy production team at PPP. I hope I haven't missed your December Newsletter?
I would like to thank you both for providing us sissies with such wonderful entertainment throughout the past year, and with my very best wishes for even greater success next year.
By the way, I was searching the internet and when I put in "Prim," jolly old Google came up with a dictionary definition that said "Prim, stiffly correct." (Giggle.) I thought, "How do they know?" (Giggle.) That is how I imagine Prim to be while slaving away at his desk, with all those stern and strict ladies encouraging him on to more stories and artwork before bedtime, with everything correct and no errors or mistakes, and of course staying absolutely stiff in his panties! Ooops, sorry, apologies for being naughty again, (giggle.)

Hello Priscilla darling. How nice of you to send me and Primmy and all our Wendyhouse sissies your warm Xmas wishes. Goodness is it a year since the Wendyhouse opened? Yes, it was January 18, 2016 that we opened the door to our first sissies, and hopefully we are all enjoying the warm glow of femininity in equal measure.
I've enjoyed passing on your letters and stories during the year, darling, and I speak for my sissies when I say I do hope you send us more in the year to come. And now a photo too. How sweet.

Letter 2 - Shopping for Suits
Dear Aunt Frocks,
I found the Dressing Boudoir photos thrilling this time. Seeing the big girls wearing their party dresses and cocktail dresses was a real turn-on. I like your recent way of showing girls wearing the styles you want us to try on with you, like you said in your commentary, as though they are there with us, watching us being dressed and even lending a hand to get us nicely fitted out.
There's only one drawback, dear Aunt Frocks. Going back to PPP#23 where you showed us some popular dominatrix styles, these are the styles I adore: not dominatrixes themselves, but the sort of outfits in their closets, especially their suits. You chose some beauties there, and you also promised (this is a most polite and respectful reminder, dear Aunt) that you would soon show us some more, because, as you said, such women wear a lot more styles than these.
I wonder if I could show you some suits that I love. You may be able to feature them in your Tell Aunt Frocks page.
Prim and yourself, dear Aunt, are doing a wonderful job for us sissies. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I love all four of these pics, partly because of the way Debbie is standing. She's a dream.
Letter 3 - How exciting when you 'inspect my little bits'
Dear Auntie,
I was thrilled to see that you posted my letter in PPP #26. I so enjoyed reading your response over and over, especially the part where you pull down my diapers and plastic panties to inspect my "feminine little bits". The first time I read those words, I experienced a sudden trickling sensation in my diaper. As the steady oozing continued deep beneath my plastic padding, I truly couldn't tell if I was weeing with excitement or if was a case of making "naughty number three". As Prim once stated, "sissy adult babies find it hard sometimes to tell the difference between urinating and creaming into their diapers." I must say that this observation is mostly certainly true in my case, and when it happens, it always does leave me feeling quite pathetic.
Anyway, I have been feeling particularly frisky over the past few months and as such, I was inspired to dress-up for several new photo-sessions. Here are 3 sets that I uploaded recently. I would love for you and Prim to see them when you have time. I am open to perhaps sharing a few images with your fellow readers, although please do respond first with which ones you like best.

Hello Mattie, my little Sweetie.
Well yes, darling, sissy babies have to have their little bits looked after by Mommy and Auntie, and by any other Ladies who want to check that Babykins is being as girlish as she should be. But don't worry darling, all the Ladies know that such weak and helpless little babies can cream or wee as quickly as a Lady can take her Kleenex tissues out of her purse to dab them clean.
Oh my, what a sweet thing you are, to send your Aunt Frocks such a host of beautiful baby photos, especially if we can decide which ones to show to everyone for their admiration (or contempt in the case of Ladies). I'm sending you the ones I would like to show to everyone, and you can make your choices for which ones you want to see in my Newsletter or in "Tell Aunt Frocks" in the Wendyhouse. Hopefully you can get back to me right away, because my Newsletter goes out on the 15th or 16th.
I've called this set of 4 "In the Playroom" to show to my readers. I know you want everyone to see how babyish Little Mattie is.

Letter 4 - What about the sissy gallery?
Dear Aunt Frocks,
In your Newsletter in October you said you would be starting a gallery of photos for sissy members. Prim will call it the Rose Room. If it has opened yet I can't find it.
What will it be like? Will it be a forum where sissies can enter their own topics for discussion, so that other members can reply? Will you be able to self-upload into your own profile page? These aspects would make it very appealing, I think.

It seems I am being reminded of this, that and the other in this Newsletter, and no wonder: you are right, my darling: looking back to the October Newsletter, I promised the Rose Room would be open in November. Well we let you down there, didn't we. Prim has confessed to me that he had underestimated how much it would take to open the new room.
In his defense, I should perhaps tell our readers that, to be honest, it's pretty hard keeping up. The first priority each month is completing the entries to the Molly Room (each new issue of Prim's Petticoat Pansies) and the Tiffany Room (The new version of the Walt Wisconsin story). Then my Newsletters. We're hoping that the second year of our existence will see some important changes, all of them aimed at making the Wendyhouse experience a dreamland of femininity for our sissies.
So your reminder has not gone unnoticed, darling - it has helped us to plan our production better so that we can soon bring you the Rose Room you would like to see. What we need then, of course, is gurls telling us they want their photos to be in there.

Recently Prim asked Birgit Bach, whom many sissies know as a long-standing exemplar of fine dressing on Flickr, if she would be happy for us to share some of her photos with you. I'm delighted to say she said yes, so here she is in some of her most recent outfits.

Before I tell you what's coming in the next month, sweetheart, here's the first episode of another story taken from the Petticoat Wendyhouse. Once again, it's a sad tale of unwanted feminization, and of course, in the hands of Prim, boys who resist their feminization must be punished and humiliated. Take a look for yourself to see what I mean:-
Part 2 of Walt Wisconsin will appear towards the end of January, but in the meantime, Prim's Petticoat Pansies #27 should be out before the end of this month. In it you'll see art from Prissy, BJ, Curtus, Satyn and Vancy. I want to see you in my dressing boudoir too, this time darling, because I will be fitting you with some exotic corsets. That means your precious bits might be available, which will be a lovely feeling for you, I'm sure, since other ladies will be there to help me dress you.
PPP#27 will also have the next chapter of The Lady Sweetness Academy, where the four unhappy boys in the all-girls college are given positions of prominence in the girls' classes, leading to some wretched humiliations for them. But here's the good news: Prim says it will not now be the last chapter. The final chapter will appear in PPP#28 in February, where Miss Crush will hold a Mothers' Day, with instructions to the boys' mothers to dress with authority since they will accompany her on the stage to put each boy through his performance at the Mothers' Assembly.
Now here's another promise I made you, only to find I had to break it, darling. I said my 8th Newsletter would include the second part of Prim's picture and storyette where Rodney's stepmother was taking him to Miss Todd-Blakesbeigh's for tea. If you remember, the poor teenager wet his panties and nice silk bloomer-shorts on the way there, so he will have to be put into something different. Well unfortunately Primmy hasn't had time to get it ready for me (yes, I punished him: with a smack-bottom over the knee of my pleated skirt in blue paisley silk), so he has found me an episode from one of his nice past stories inside the Wendyhouse, and here it is:
Finally darling, I want you to enjoy seeing another photo of Suzie. There's something about that smile in burgundy crimson and her platinum blonde hair which tells me how happy she is to be so feminine.
